How are items shipped?
MGI offers free shipping with tracking on all orders within North America over $99 USD. This offer applies to regular postal service and typically require one to two weeks depending on the shipment address. If that’s not fast enough, expedited 1-day and 3-day shipping options are available at checkout with real-time rates from Canada Post and USPS.
We try to be as efficient as possible when shipping from our two locations in San Diego, CA, USA and Edmonton, AB, Canada; however, some products may only be available at a certain warehouse and will ship solely from that location.
Although MGI is proud to deliver across North America, it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay any unforeseen state taxes or customs fees incurred for a cross-border shipment. That being said, we’ve done our best to provide accurate final costs, and we are confident there will be no surprises. All our products are packaged in North America and are duty-free under NAFTA. Also, please keep in mind that sales tax is applied according to the location of landing, not the billing address.
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You’ll also receive a one-time request for product feedback.
What can be returned?
Damaged or defective products
In your message, please include any relevant information regarding the warranty claim or defect. A representative will then respond with further instructions and may request proof of purchase and/or photographs of the product in question. Once the item is received and inspected, MGI will ship the repaired/replaced item back to you free of charge.
For all orders outside North America, MGI cannot accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final and non-refundable.

For Everything Else
Our refund and returns policy covers your order 30 days from date of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Additional shipping charges paid for at the time of the original order, such as express shipping, cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- A cancelled order that included irreversible add-ons or custom modifications(20% restocking fee)
- Any item that is sellable but not in its original condition(30% restocking fee)
- Any item that is unsellable, damaged or missing parts not due to our error (50% restocking fee)
To return your product, start by emailing email@example.com
We will then provide you with a return address – kindly send the product using your preferred shipping service. Alternatively, we may provide you with a prepaid shipping label whose cost will be deducted from the final refund.
By email or contact form. Include all relevant info and be as specific as possible.
Receive a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Include the RMA form with the product and ship it at your earliest convenience.
Your replacement or refund will be processed within 48 hours.
