How to Customize Your Race Level Switch Paneluse our interactive builder to customize your marine rocker switch panel
1Choose your LED rocker panel type
To get started, race level panels are available with your choice of 4 to 8 marine rocker switches.
Need a vertical rocker switch block? Our 6 gang racing panel can have vertically oriented switches. Add an enclosure, clamp it to your rollbar, and you’ve got yourself a professional rocker box setup.
Your stainless steel faceplate will change in size and shape according to the number (and type) of switches chosen.
Now, learn about customizing each individual rocker switch.
2Choose your switches
These weatherproof marine rocker switches are rated 20A at 12vDC and can be used to control incandescent lighting and fully resistive loads. After you’ve selected the number of switches, you get to choose their colors and switch function (or positions).

Marine Switch Panel InstallationMarine Rocker panel wiring diagrams
STEP 1
Battery Power
Connect the red main feeder conductor to the car starter’s battery power terminal. Then, install the supplied main fuse and holder in the main feeder conductor between the starter and the switch panel input jumper stud.
STEP 2
Switches & Loads
Connect the positive and negative jumpers to each switch. Then, install the output wire to your loads. Make sure your load amperages are within the rated capacity of each switch. Otherwise, use one or more relays. Use branch fuses/breakers as may be required for each switch.
STEP 3
Connect to a relay panel
Need relays? Wiring your switch panel to an MGI relay panel is easy. Connect your outputs and loads to the appropriate relay panel terminal, and connect your positive jumpers to the relay panel’s 5A control circuit. All specific relay panel diagrams can be found on their respective product page.

Good quality, wires could have been a foot longer. Spot welding the back box would a nice touch for adding some strength.
